Everything you enter stays on this device — not in an online account, and not on any company's server. It's yours to keep. Just remember to make a backup now and then.
New here? The quick walkthrough points out each part of every page, one step at a time. On most steps you can tap the highlighted area and type, to enter your information as you go — or just watch first and fill it in after. You can stop whenever you like and pick it up later from the Walkthrough button at the top.
On a phone or tablet: tap Save to camera roll, then choose
Save Image in the list that opens. You can then set it as your lock-screen
wallpaper, where anyone can see it in an emergency.
On a computer: use the Download button, or right-click the picture and choose
Save image.
The next screen may look like it's leaving the app. That's normal — it's just how iPhones and iPads save files from Home Screen apps.
Tap “Save to Files” (tap “More” first if you don't see it), then choose where to keep it. When you're done, tap the Health Organizer icon on your Home Screen. You'll come right back — nothing you've entered is lost.
Your browser may show its own message asking whether to allow this page to print. That's normal — it isn't asking about your printer, it's just double-checking it's really you asking, since a page can't print on its own without a click.
If you see it, choose “Allow” (not “Ignore”) so it can continue. Either way, the normal print window opens next, where you choose a printer or “Save as PDF” — nothing prints until you do that there.
You added a calendar reminder for this one. Cancelling that reminder and removing the appointment from your organizer are two separate choices — pick what you need, all from right here. Cancelling downloads a small file — open it and tap "Add," the same as when you first added the reminder: that tells your calendar app this is a reversal, not a duplicate. Then delete the downloaded file itself — a website can't do that automatically, and leaving it in your Downloads means it could get reopened by accident later and bring the old appointment back.
You added a calendar reminder for this one. iPhone and iPad's own Calendar app doesn't let any app remove an event automatically — that's an Apple limitation, not something this app can work around. To take it off your calendar, open the Calendar app, find "" on , and delete it there — it only takes a few seconds. The choices below only affect this organizer, not your calendar app.

Copy this from your bottle. The app never guesses it, so a guess cannot end up on your Health Summary.
iPhone or iPad? On Apple's screen, tap Add to Calendar first. Then tap Done.
This saves a calendar file. Open it once and add it to Apple, Google or Outlook Calendar. That app then reminds you every day, even when this app is closed. It reminds only the phone or computer you add it to. Changed a time? Save the file again. Each time has a "✕ Cancel" button to turn it off.

Adding it: Apple's own Calendar screen opens next. Tap “Add to Calendar” at the bottom left first — do not tap Done first, or nothing is saved. If it asks which calendar, pick one (for example On My Phone or iCloud). Then tap Done.
Changing the date or time: change it here, then tap the button again. On Apple's screen tap “Update Event” at the bottom first, then Done. If it only offers “Delete Event”, tap Done, then tap the button once more.
Cancelling it: tap the Cancel button beside the calendar button, then “Mark it CANCELLED in my Calendar”. On Apple's screen tap “Update Event” first, then Done — the Calendar entry becomes “CANCELLED …”. Apple doesn't let any app delete an event, so if you want it gone completely, delete it yourself in the Calendar app.
